Jennifer Brosnahan
President
Jennifer was JAAEYC's newsletter & conference chairperson in 2008 and is now
serving her second term as President. She has been a family child care provider since
2005 and recently changed her license to a group day care home in 2009. Jenn is an
active member, not only in JAAEYC, but also in the Will County Childcare Association
and SEIU HCII. She often attends rallies, lobby days, and other events revolving
around advocacy.

Randi McLuckie
Secretary
For 20 years Randi has had a group day care home in Coal City. Her program is
unique because she runs a preschool program during the day rather then day care.
She goes by the school calendar which allows her to have the summers off! She has 5
different sessions with 11 children in each group. The children meet for 2 hours, 2
days a week. She has been a member of JAAEYC for 10 years and a board member for
11 years. Randi says: "It has been a wonderful and enriching experience!"
Diane Morrow
Treasurer
Diane is now serving her second term as JAAEYC's treasurer. She has been a family
child care provider since 1995 and is currently has her accreditation through NAFCC.
She is also on the board for the Will County Childcare Association as a Co-President.
Debbie Seasly

Melissa Szymczak
Membership Chairperson
Melissa has been a member of JAAEYC since 1995 and has held the full range of board
positions; President, VP, Secretary, Newsletter Chairperson, and Treasurer. She has
been teaching adjunct for the Child Development Department at Joliet Junior College
since 1998. She also presents frequently at early childhood conferences, focusing on
administration and infant/toddler programming. Melissa looks forward to a new year
with an expanded JAAEYC board and encourages members to get involved with this
amazing organization.
Donna Nowdomski
Hospitality Committee Chairperson
Donna is the Assistant Coordinator at the Joliet Junior College Early Childhood Center
for the past 7 years and is entering her fourth year as a board member.
Beverly Cavanaugh
Joliet Junior College Liaison
Bev is the Coordinator for the Joliet Junior College Early Childhood Center and has
been at the college for 13 years. She has served on the JAAEYC board as the past VP
under Kerri Nolan.
